If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing these sites. The materials contained in these websites are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
USE LICENSE
1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Amaya Rourke’s websites for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
modify or copy the materials;
use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Amaya Rourke’s websites;
remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

These testimonials reflect the real-life experiences and opinions of these clients and students in relation to the services and courses purchased through this site. 6. By joining teachings or partaking in services you consent to the spiritual and/or healing practices being taught or carried out and know that no guarantee is given as to the outcome of any of the techniques.
7. By joining any course, workshop, or partaking in services you are responsible for being of whole and balanced mind, with no physical or mental condition that would prevent you from partaking or participating in safe ways. We are not responsible or liable if you choose to partake in the courses, workshops, or services when you are not in good bodily or mental health to do so.
8. You also take full legal responsibility for the days you attend or participate in any courses, workshops, or services.
9. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any of our teachings, courses, workshops, or services or your enrolments in any event if we feel it is not in your best interests to do it. Thank you for your understanding.
10. By partaking in the services offered by Amaya Rourke you acknowledge that divination is a form of spiritual counsel. Divination services cannot offer legal, medical, business, or financial advice nor does any portion of the service purport to do so. You should not rely on divination services in any form (i.e. tarot, astrology, scrying, spirit work, etc.) to make any decisions that would affect your legal, financial, or medical condition. Divinatory services and readings cannot replace qualified mental health care. Divinatory services constitute spiritual counseling, facilitating how you cope spiritually with a given situation.
11. Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE for all courses, workshops, and services.
Divination readings constitute professional services and due to the nature of the service and labor involved, all readings are non-refundable. We require a 48-hour notice if you cannot make it to your appointment – if you do not give sufficient notice, your fee for the appointment will be forfeited. We expect you to extend the same courtesy to us that you would to your doctor, hairdresser, lawyer, etc. Understand that when you do not show or call, we cannot make that time available for another client. It is YOUR responsibility to keep track of your appointment.
If you do not show up to your reading within the first 10 minutes of the session, we will consider you a no-show for the session, and you will forfeit the fee you paid.
All courses, classes, and workshops are sent via an automated system and come with one-on-one support via email. As such, all courses are non-refundable due to the nature of the automation and due to the ongoing support made available to you throughout the duration of the course.
If you pay for a divination reading but then change your mind and no longer want the reading, your payment will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee and $5 processing fee. You must contact me at least 48 hours before the day of your scheduled appointment to qualify for a partial refund.
In extenuating circumstances we may choose to give refunds minus administration and processing fees for either professional services or digital products. This will be judged at our discretion, on a case-by-case basis.
12. Please note that our work is guided by our personal spirit court and spiritual path, and so itineraries and course content may change without prior notice. We do this work with everyone’s best interests at heart and it is important that we do our best to look after everyone who comes into our space hence the reason for these Terms and Conditions.
LIMITATIONS
In no event shall Amaya Rourke or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Amaya Rourke’s websites, even if Amaya Rourke or an Amaya Rourke authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
ACCURACY OF MATERIALS
The materials appearing on Amaya Rourke’s websites or online courses could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Amaya Rourke does not warrant that any of the materials on its websites are accurate, complete or current. Amaya Rourke may make changes to the materials contained on its websites at any time without notice. However Amaya Rourke does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Amaya Rourke has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its websites or online courses and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Amaya Rourke of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

Amaya Rourke may revise these terms of service for its websites or online courses at any time without notice. By using our website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sligo, Ireland and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
